HEMP-SEED /LIME MARINATED SALMON WITH EXOTIC FRUIT SALAD (2 PERS.) Dice the salmon and mix it with the juice form 1 lime and some green tabasco; leave it to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Chop avocado, strawberries and papaya and put on a plate. When the salmon is ready roll it in hemp-seeds (and other seeds like pumpkin, sunflower and pine-nuts) and put it on the plate with the fruit salad. Add oliveoil, limejuice, salt pepper some soy-sause on the avocado and some extra limejuice. The potatoes are just sliced, mixed with some oliveoil/sal/pepper and put in the owen (200 ° C) for 20 minutes (last 10 minutes with the grill).
